M A G N I F I C E N T !

I've always loved this album so its a thrill to hear it in stereo! A huge thanks for this.

I've always believed that fans of "Pet Sounds" should own this album since it was a major stepping stone towards that album, so any of you reading this who loves that album but hasn't heard this, you GOT to download this one!

Thanks once again, and keep up the fab work!

I agree with Osceola.
If "Bull Session With The Big Daddy" was bumped and replaced with "Guess I'm Dumb, BBT would have been a truly fantastic album. "Bull Session" gave "Today a anit-climatic ending.

Good luck with the Summer Days LP. Like I memtioned earlier. Sea Of Tunes did not have access to a 1" 8-track machine and 90% of the vocal tapes were recorded on 8-track at Columbia, all that was copied were 3-track tapes. The DVD-A of Pet Sounds has a stereo/5.1 remix of "Summer Means New Love".

Today was a total 3-track production. The backing tracks were recorded on one 3-track machine, and then bounced to one track on another 3-track where 2 tracks of vocals were recorded. - M.A.

yes,
I need to know (picking jaw up that fell on the ground), this is amazing. A perfect stereo image, not the cheesey 1-pass hurry-up-and-copy-it-before-they-come-back-and-we-get-busted style SOT stereo mixes. I have it blasting at the moment, the file sounds phenomenal and this compliment is comming from a recording engineer, superb work!. -M.A.

Are these tracks in 128kbps MP3? I think I've downloaded them before, but I'm not sure. The ones I have are 128k MP3 so perhaps they're the same.
